Dim Sum & More

We were lucky enough to have Noni & Poppi come for a visit last month. We had so much fun hanging out with them.

Aunt Muriel came for lunch

At the park with Noni

This one was actually a mistake shot. But I lightened it up & found there was this sweet image of Quinn. It's one of my new favorite pix of him.

We met the Grandmas for dim sum in the city. Yum!

Remy loved the fountain... I think he would have just walked right in if we'd let him.

Finally water to play in!

Reading with Daddy

We had such a wonderful visit with Noni & Poppi! The time went by much too quickly. We hope they will come back to play again very soon.

Working & Sleeping

We recently had our annual "what the heck is in the truck" day... we spent the whole day going through all of our boxes of smalls. Too bad sales have been so slow lately... we still have some great stuff!

Couldn't pass up posting these two pix of sleeping boys. They both had exhausting mornings playing at daycare. Remy was out at lunchtime... Quinn conked out about twenty minutes later!

Grandma's Garden

Once again it has been awhile since I've had a chance to post new pix... life seems to conspire to keep me away from the computer. We had a great time a few weeks back up at Camp Grandma. All of the boys had fun helping out in the yard. Quinn was in charge of watering.

Even William got to "play" outside!

Field Trips & Messy Boys

Quinn's preschool class went on a field trip last week to this HUGE indoor play area. It was our first outing to a place like this & I wasn't too sure what to expect... turned out to be amazing! They had several different rooms with lots of fun things for the kids to do. The first one was a huge gymnasium with tumbling mats & ramps in the middle with lots of things to climb & jump on. All around this was a "motorway" for these cool things called plasma cars. Quinn wasn't sure what to make of the cars, but had a great time climbing all around the tumbling area. Next we went to another room to catch the end of circle time... here he is doing the "hokey-pokey":

There were also lots of craft areas & playzones in that room. He love the puzzles & this little duck game.

We had a great time & hope to go back again soon.

Quinn has become quite proficient feeding himself with a spoon. You wouldn't know it from his yogurt-eating tonight though!

Remy has been working on this skill as well...

Little brother woke up from his nap first and scored the big boy chair for elmo-time...

Remy continues to grow like crazy. When I'm out with both boys in the double stroller I often am asked if they are twins!?!? He is walking more & more, getting more daring every day. This one really likes to climb up on EVERYTHING... he's not so keen on the climbing down yet.

Not much else going on around here... William has now worked 30 days straight through, 12-15 hour days. Thankfully this project is coming to an end soon. Tomorrow he is taking the day "off" in order to do one of our fairs. Not exactly a day off when you have to leave the house at 4:00 am. He will definitely need a little vacation when this job is done!
