So much has been happening, we haven't had time to post! Can't quite believe we are approaching the end of July... Remy will be 6 months old on the 30th. He's growing into such a sweet boy. He has been actively working on cutting teeth & chews on anything that holds still. He loves to watch his big brother. Quinn has been doing really well with his walking. We have to keep a super close eye on him because he now will just take off on his own. We are still working on his standing up without holding on to anything, but he is really close with that too. Here he is in his "Super Quinn" cape being two - from extreme frustration to a gorgeous smile in seconds flat!
We had a great time over 4th of July up at the river at the Grandmas house. Uncle Ed, Aunt Erin & cousin Dylan flew in for a visit. Auntie Judy, Uncle Carl & Great Grandpa John were there as well.
We ate & visited & then ate some more! The cousins are all so close in age. I imagine that in just a couple of years the three of them will have many adventures together. For now they were content to just sit & check each other out.
We are so glad to have had the chance to spend some time with Great Grandpa John over 4th of July weekend. He told us lots of stories from growing up with his big family and also about his time as a bombardier in WWII. We lost him just a few days later. We will miss him very much!
